I've just hit this pothole on my bicycle coming down the hill, couldn't see it and didnt have time to swerve, hitting this pothole at speed caused me to flip off my bike and land on my head, fortunately I was wearing my helmet. However there is damage to my bike, please contact me on 07849964122 as soon as possible.

Hi,
Can you confirm who closed this issue and said it was resolved? It is clearly NOT "resolved".
Its WORSE than ever, two deep craters, the centre seam is still there and two more have appeared. See the photo attached.
