2 bollards here need adjusting to upright position

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1975928.

There has another bollard hit along Penthouse Hill just down a bit with cones outside. If possible please straighten these 2 outside 58/60 at the same time
