Lots of water on street causing very slippery conditions

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1984117.

Very slippery conditions caused by a water tank not being turned off. Has left lots of very slippery leaves. Largely located between 21b and 23b on Monksdale Road.
