Bollard knocked down by SN Scaffolds lorry

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1986270.
Bollard knocked completely out of the ground. Hit by a SN Scaffolds lorry during erection of scaffolding along Loxton Drive estate. Workers tried to replant the bollard. They have not done a good job. It will fall over after Sunday's rains and winds.
