Drains and hedges
Reported in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 16:45, Tue 11 February 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 week, 15 hours, 10 minutes later. Council ref: 1992455.
Highfield Lane leading to the Wrangle, due to adverse weather most drains on Highfield Land and the Wrangle are covered with debris. Because it is on a hill debris runs down with the surface rain water. In freezing conditions this lane becomes very dangerous. The hedges are overgrown and are branches are being knocked off onto the highways from high sided vehicles using the lane. We are able to show you where the drains are, as some are completely covered and have not been attended to for a long time. Could you please let me know when the hedges were cut by B&NES please?
