Deadmill Lane, Lower Swainswick, hedge collapse

Reported in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 09:04, Fri 14 February 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1997805.

Please see attached 2 photos of a hedge that appears to have been weakened by the wind and now covers about a third of the lane. It is also directly opposite a couple of, now, dangerous potholes. I appreciate it is the landowners responsibility but I feel it now seriously affecting the highway.
