The street name plate for Forester Lane is missing at the junction where the road turns from Forester Road into Forester Lane.

How is possible in 2020 people living like this.... I live in the ground floor and I do all my recycling and they pick up everything when I put the rubbish out. IN different way people live upstairs they don't do any recycling at all and this is what we see in this pictures in front of my windows not acceptable at all.. I called to council they don't know how to deal with situation so embarrassing somebody have to do something because this is not going to stop...
