Hand rail right side of footpath descending to road from 134 Holcombe Vale

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1998199.

Resident with risk of falls. No support on sloping path down to road. Hand rail (RHS desending) on slope would improve safety and reduce falls risk
