Damage to grass verges by builders

Reported in the Bench & public space damage category anonymously at 14:15, Friday 14 February 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1998657.

Rathbourne Builders have been working on Willow Cottage, Clarendon Road over a number of months and using Gordon Road as an access point for the works. We have asked them to remedy the damage to the grass verges at the top of Gordon Road before they leave. There are three areas which need attention. 1) Removing the stones and rubble left at the top of the road which has now been compacted into the mud by your tractors and trucks. 2) Turfing the verges to return them to their previous state. 3) Re-instating the stone and wood bollards and the reflector posts which have been pulled out and thrown aside.

Unfortunately they have ignored our emails. I believe BANES is resposible for these verges.
