This manhole cover has lifted again, and is pouring water out on to the pavement and main road. Debris is causing issues for careworkers who visit three times a day to September Cottage, one visit at night and in the dark. No street lights. The drain is also blocked below and as a result water is on the highways, pavements and causing considerable damage.
