Taken this morning, Mead Lane Saltford, following punctures to both driver side tyres on our car last night. Left my wife stranded in the dark for 3 hours waiting for RAC Recovery and a £165 repair bill today. Not Happy! As a key workers in the drinking water supply industry we are both still going to our place of work, so being without a car was not an option, even for a day.

Property. AVONLEA Mead Lane, Salford, BS31 3EP Hi lovely BANES people
I am wondering if you could come and paint the no parking lines outside our property again as it appears everyone is ignoring them (they are broken and faded) and we are struggling to get in and out of our house.
My husband drives a trade van and is unable to reverse into or out of our drive today as everyone has parked straight in front of us.
Suspect we aren't the only ones on the road.
Please help.
Sally

Hi, I got a puncture on my front tyre of my bicycle on Sat 13 June as a result of hitting the pothole ( I couldn't avoid as there were people walking on the road too). Please could I be reimbursed the cost of repair together with a consideration for inconvenience and time lost organising the repair.
