On east side of Southgate Street near junction with St Lawrence Street outside J. D. Sports shop there is a lightweight alloy cover which is unsecured & easily dislodged revealing an access hole at least big enough for a persons foot.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 2031280.

The cover can be dislodged putting pedestrians at risk of falling after stepping into the hole. The cover is slightly bent.
