Blocked drainage in the Layby to the right of Holly lodge

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 6 minutes later. Council ref: 2034727.

Water often runs back onto the drive of Holly Lodge as the drain is buried (literally cannot see it anymore) under mud, silt and vegetation in the layby near the school to the right of the property named Holly lodge. Please investigate and feedback to caller.
