Huge potholes from the start of Coalpit road and all of the way around the whole estate,Elmhurst and Catherine Way.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2038162.

These potholes are a danger to cyclists and will damage cars suspension resulting in the council being sued for damages.The buses make the potholes bigger due to their size(double deckers) and the council repairs that have been carried out last a couple of months before they collapse again and straight back to square one!

  • Please can you look at the WHOLE of Coalpit Rd and Catherine Way BA1 7PA. It's like a third world road track now..shocking . I have a small car and the suspension has already gone on it one side . In the past it has been hastily re repaired with a cheap mix and as a result they sink and cause more issues . Lots of loose gravel flying around (the mix) . I accept you are under pressure but I have seen whole surfaces done that have not been in as bad a state as ours and just as much traffic . Beginning to think its just posher areas that get the surfacing as I drive around ?? Many thanks
