Deep potholes and damaged road surface near Keynsham health centre
Reported in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 09:31, Thu 5 March 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 2041515.
This stretch of road has been the worst I’ve seen it for a long time. One particular pothole has caused some damage to my bike wheel, as it was very difficult to see in the dark and filled with rainwater. I swerved to miss one patch and hit the bigger one. This caused a pinch puncture and ‘flat spot’ on my rear wheel - no longer usable!! The whole length of road from the health centre to Albert road is a hazard to all cyclists causing a lot of unexpected swerving dangerously towards the middle of the road and potentially into on coming traffic.

There is still problem with this road. The quick fix of just filling the holes in has had no affect. When can we expect the road to be in a drivable state again. I am reluctant to replace my tyres until this road is fixed. Many thanks
