Hedges and trees overgrown
Reported in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 07:53, Fri 6 March 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 2043606.
We have lived here since November 2011 and I have never seen anyone prune or tidy the hedgerow or the trees. At times we have had to tackle overhanging brambles and branches as they were scratching cars and causing people to drive onto the front of our property to avoid them. The wall at the end of our lane towards chapel close is still falling apart after many months where a vehicle hit it. This is not only unsightly but is a hazard to passers by; particularly children and dog walkers.
