Roundabout gone, big pot holes in its place

There will be an accident here soon as it's not clear if it's a roundabout or a junction. The roundabout markings have gone, the signage is poor & the pot holes are numerous and large. The roundabout should be visible in the photo - can you see it? I can't! It's unbelievably poor & has been like this for a long time. This needs immediate rectification.
