Several Potholes you have marked out many days ago

Reported in the Potholes & road surface category by Mike Heavens at 10:45, Wed 11 March 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 6 minutes later. Council ref: 2054769.

Dudley Close is a cul-de-sac & there are several severe potholes within the narrowest part of the road. You have consistently patched up this road (badly I must say) over the 10yrs I have lived here & still the potholes reappear on a regular basis! Because it is the narrow section, vehicles have no choice but to drive over said potholes when entering or leaving this road. I along with many other residents, have to drive over these potholes several times per day. You are fully aware that these potholes exist because several (but not all mysteriously) have been marked out for many many days, to the point that some of your markings are starting to disappear!! You should note that as it is clear that you are fully aware of these potholes & up until this point have done nothing to rectify them, I will hold you fully responsible for any damage caused to my vehicles while having to drive over this unacceptable & unsafe road surface. I have encouraged other residents & visitors to do the same.
