The road surface has broken up.

Reported in the Potholes & road surface category by Cllr Shelley Bromley at 15:16, Fri 13 March 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 2059952.

I see this problem was raised a year ago. The road surface of Deanhill Lane from the roundabout at the bottom of Lansdown Lane to the entrance to Vernslade is broken up, as is the surface of the pavement too, which is used by a lot of WASPS school children coming from Southlands and roads around there.
