Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2066757.

The information in this report did not answer my question. Why did workmen come, with a tree, and not plant it outside my house? What is the timescale for planting a replacement tree please. The council informed of this problem but has failed to reply to my husband by email. Thank you.

  • I understand the team were unable to plant in the pit due to the old tree stump which cannot be ground out sufficiently. We are following up and most likely a new tree pit will have to be constructed.

  • Still no tree. The council has been planting trees around Bath. Mine has yet to be replaced. Update please.
