  • The grass on LHS as you come up Harcourt Gardens is very overgrown. Rubbish is being thrown into it plus children are walking through which could potentially cause Lyme disease. We were informed a few months ago that it was no longer owned by the council but was owned by Harcourt Estates, but they have confirmed that it is still owned by Bath council. Can we please get it cut asap Also part of the tree behind the grass has some dead branches which is potentially dangerous, so these also need to be dealt with please
