Pothole draindamage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 2069297.

The tarmac around the pothole and drain on left hand side of A367 up from the centre has been recently repaired, but has dropped again. Causing a serious bump. Can you please repair.
