Broken chain link fencing

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2111331.
A section of broken chain link fencing opposite the front path of houses 23 - 45 Lincombe Road poses a health and safety risk for the local residents who live here. Firstly, with the fence being incomplete at places, the risk of young children falling through and down the bank. There are sharp edges and messy / mangled barbed wire intruding across the pathway which could cause unnecessary and serious injury to people and their pets.
