Outside 19 Grange Rd the surface is uneven and potholed, stones going into pothole making it dangerous. The kerb outside the entrance to that property needs to be resurfaced. Can this be done please?

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2119398.
I believe the pothole is dangerous but the pavement is generally uneven compared to the pavement around it. I have personally slipped and tripped in this area on a few occasions. The kerb has been dug up a few times for water meter purposes but is uneven and needs to be flattened or dropped appropriately to the road. The pavement is also damaged adjacent to the wall of this property as the tarmac seems to be coming apart. Please help!
