The builders bags of garden waste are still blocking the pavement in Westfield Close. On Saturday 23 May I saw a man with shoulder length blinde hair wearing a white singlet an shorts drag an enormous bag of garden waste along Lockingwell rd and the up the hill in Westfield Close where a small(ish), fairly new white hatchback was parked. A young lady was stood by the car. I waited thinking 'this should be fun trying to get all that rubbish in there'. The man then walked back down the hill and went into the front garden of 7 Lockingwell Rd. I'm not certain if the rubbish came from there but it has recently changed hands and the garden was very overgrown. I thought perhaps the man was going to get a van, but the rubbish is still here. Hopefully you can sort this soon as it has already been reported twice
