Signage and bins

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2131751.

Signage is poor on play park for Brassmill lane to say closed on main double gate. Also could do with a temp bin in the large area as this is being used more for picnics, and other sports. one bin is in locked play area and one is next to bus stop quite often full or not easily seen, Grass could also do with a cut!
