Reported in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 11:48, Fri 29 May 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2133844.
Given this junction used to be a roundabout lots of traffic are not giving way as they should because the lines are so faded it could be thought the roundabout is still in place. A vehicle and cyclists collided yesterday because they didn't see the give way markings. Please repaint asap
Thank you for this report. We will review the details and carry out an inspection of the site if required.

I am Chair of the Hortmann Close Project Group. We have just embarked on a clean up of the Close and Square private areas. In August 2016, Kelvin Packer, affirmed that BANES were responsible for weeding the footway on the apopted road leading to the Close.
This road is currently an eyesore with weeds and debris throughout.
At 6.50 am on Tuesday, 18th August, I watched a BANES gutter cleaning vehicle operating on Newbridge road. It crossed the junction with Horstmann Close and made no attempt to enter the adopted road. In past years the cleaner has regularly swept the road.
Clould you please comment on the weeding situation and the faiolure to gutter clean
