There is overhanging vegetation blocking the pavement in Tyning Road Saltford near the junction with the A4 Bath Rd. The overhanging vegetation is coming from the garden of 498 Bath Road Saltford BS31 3HG Some vegetation also hangs over the pavement in Bath Road (A4). The home-owner may be elderly
