Snapped branch from large roadside tree

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2147266.

Resident called to advise on a walk this morning, they overheard a large branch snap (not fall) from a large tree close to the stables along Manor Road.

Resident said it was loud but couldn't identify which branch it was as a huge tree. There isn't apparently another tree close by but stressed it was very close to the horse stables and manure pile by road.
