Huge dip in the road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2154468.

There’s a huge dip in the road which is particularly bad on a bike. My eight year old nearly had a crash today because of it.

  • Your contractor filled some holes and dips further along Newbridge Road, but not any of the ones at western end. Some of the repairs are already beginning to sink and crack.

    What can I add? The massive trenches are still there. When you cycle over it you're bounced off your seat, when a lorry goes by the house shakes.
