I was walking on Purlewent drive , almost at the end of the road near the corner with Brookfield park, when i stepped on this sewer cover. It flips and made me trip over. It is a very dangerous health and safety issue, as someone could be injured badly. I hope my report can help to fix the issue. Many thanks Patrizia
