Severely blocked drain causing over spill of rain towards houses

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2156661.
Resident called to advise that following heavy rain on Friday 12/06, a drain at the top of Brow Hill (off Northend Rd) was blocked and sent vasts amount of water/mud/leaves down towards their property (#14 Northend) along Brow Hill and settled around their house.
Resident has checked the drain and confirms it is severely blocked.
