1 large tree obstructing property
Reported in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 14:59, Wed 17 June 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 months, 5 days, 21 hours, 36 minutes later. Council ref: 2160317.
Resident called from # 48 Waterside Rd, advising that there are 3 large trees (possible 2 Sycamore and 1 Cherry) very close to their house. All trees are planted on open green space adjacent to house. Council Connect checked to see if it is council highways and it seems so.
One of the Sycamore trees, closest to their house has grown very prominent roots which have extended into the garden of #48. The wall adjoining the garden and the green space now has a crack in it.
Some of the paving in their driveway has also now got cracks which they suspect come from the extensive root network from the tree.
Resident requests the tree/s be inspected and advised what can be done about cutting back tree and/or taking down.
