Tree need cutting back, roots pushing out pavement block
Reported in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 09:41, Thu 18 June 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 hour, 36 minutes later. Council ref: 2161351.
The tree is opposite number 6 Mount View. The branches overhang the road, dropping smaller branches and debris onto the road and onto people's cars. Cars underneath will be covered in bird droppings due to the overhanging branches. It appears the roots have pushed out a paving stone slab into the road which is trickier on a narrower road in which people also park on. It can also be a concern in high winds due to its closeness to power lines. May be beneficial for the branches to be cut back more.
