Tree on the pavement outside of Church Farm House, which has caused a large crack in my wall.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2163722.

The issue is the tree on the pavement outside my property, which has caused a large crack in my wall. An engineer came to visit and we agreed a course of action to kill the tree and then mend the wall. There was a couple of visits to put a substance on the tree and then nothing seems to have happened for some time. Please can you advise what is happening this case?

  • Hi. I am the owner of Church Farm House. The issue with this wall was reported to B&NES in 2015 and I have subsequently written many times but to no avail. At one point an engineer came to see it and agreed it needed repairing by B&NES but nothing has happened since.
