Many rats in Botanical Gardens which spread Veil's Disease

Reported in the Play area safety issue category anonymously at 16:35, Friday 19 June 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2164048.

Lunchtime today in 30 mins I saw at least 12 rats in Botanical Gardens, mostly near the pond. I report this because rats are dangerous for park staff working on the pond or dogs that drink from it because they spread Weil's Disease which destroys the liver and kidneys and is difficult to treat.
