Bollard pushed over in Belgrave Crescent opposite 32 Belgrave Crescent

Reported in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category by Rachel Demuth at 12:42, Saturday 27 June 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2174907.

The Bollard has been pushed over and needs repairing. A bollard in this location was pushed down last year too. Would it be better to have speed bumps? and 20mile per hour signs and road markings.
