Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 day, 17 hours, 17 minutes later. Council ref: 2175224.
The rear upright to the bench at the end of Perfect View is broken. This bench is frequently used by elderly neighbours as a resting place after walking up the hill for exercise and, therefore, is an important public amenity.

Whilst I understand how busy the council are, the challenges during the pandemic and ,as you say "sometimes it can take a little longer" but this issue was reported nearly 5 months ago, it has been passed from department to department like a hot potato and no change has happened. If you do not intend to do anything, please state this and stop making this a paper-pushing exercise.
