A van parked in front of the kerb, my disable father is unable to go through with his wheelchair. Many of the car need to back up because they cant pass through the road. Police has came but nothing they can do. They ask us to contact the council.

A van parked in front of the kerb, near 39 Garrick road. BA21QX. My father who is a disable, is unable to go through with his wheelchair. Many of the car need to back up because they cant pass through the road. Police has came but nothing they can do. They ask us to contact the council.

  • As there are no parking restrictions in place here, (bays, yellow lines, permit areas etc), there is little we can legally do. There are also no pavement parking regulations in force in this area. If they are not covering a dropped kerb, there is also very little we can do.
