Public Footpath totally overgrown behind Parkfield gardens - BS39 5X... The rear garden fence has blown down causing a dangerous obstruction to the public trying to get by. Nails and wood exposed. Dangerous for members of the public to get by. The footpath needs clearing and to be all cut back.
