Please remove large vegetation from top of both pillars of Victoria bridge. Please remove roots from concrete between the blocks so that it does not come back each year, thank you

Reported in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 08:09, Tue 7 July 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2188957.

There is significant growth of vegetation again on top of the north and south pillars of Victoria bridge which weakens the grouting between the the blocks which is both a safety issue and damages the historic bridge itself as only the vegetation is remove when I ask it to be removed rather that removing the actual roots, so it comes back each year
