Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2189215.
Tree growing across a large public sculpture that uses wind for demonstrating its display. The whole thing could collapse if the branch knocks one of the long high features of the wind-assisted art installation.

I notice that my red pin on the map is not correct. It should be at PINES WAY, near Homebase BA2 2ET

Sorry the yellow pin is still not correct- the sculpture is near the river, near Homebase carpark, near Pines Way. The sculpture is made of metal (coloured like aluminum) delicately balanced with long arms to catch the wind. A large branch is touching this installation and could bring the whole installation down causing harm to people standing by. The sculpture was funded by the Council.
