Overgrown council owned patch of land

This patch of land hasn’t been tended to by the council for at least the last three years. The overgrowth is now starting to interfere with the pathway.

The trees are huge. Residents are unwilling to use their own parking spaces because the cars are getting covered in debris from the trees. Seed pods are entering every window in the area. Plesse can the trees be either trimmed back or removed.
