Motor bike shed in the road

Reported in the Objects in the road category anonymously at 16:04, Fri 10 July 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2194788.

There is a motor bike shed in the road at the end of Hampton row blocking access to parking and railway maintenance from easily accessing the railway, I am mostly concerned that if there was a accident on the railway that this would hinder emergency services from getting close to the accident. This has been there for years and I believe it belongs to 9 Hampton Row.
