Large tree in a private dwelling is overhanging the public footpath

Reported in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 15:37, Wed 15 July 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2201873.

In the rear garden of number 1 Victoria Terrace, BA2 3QZ there is a very large tree which is overhanging the public footpath. There are also several bushes which are also overgrown and blocking the pavement. The tree has some very low branches which when wet hang very low and scrap the top of your head. Just imagine being blind and having a tree brushing against you as you walk past. The public pavement/walkway along the side of this house is now very narrow and needs clearing.
