3 vehicles parked on riverbank

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2202313.

Currently 3 vehicles parked on riverbank along Mead Lane, 2 vans and a car. They appear to have parked on top of the bollards you have put out to stop this type of parking!
