Social distancing on pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2203342.

Social distancing bollards have been moved against the kerb side, stopping pedestrians from passing safely. Cars are also now parking along side these bollards and pedestrians are not even able to pass safely in the road
