Grass and trees on Marsden Road need cutting back

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2203644.

I live on marsden road and the grass and trees havent been cut for a while. Is someone able to do this? There is also a large branch that fell from the tree and needs disposing of.
