Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 days, 8 hours, 1 minute later. Council ref: 2204376.
Road users cannot see the speed restriction of 20MPH, nor the signage on entering "Lower Swainswick", Bath located on the Gloucester Road due to overgrowth of Trees which is a safety issue to Parents & Children using the ajourning pathway walking to and from Swainswick School.
