Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2208072.

Additional, boats now arrived in 'Suspended Mooring Zone' over the weekend. This is now impacting on river swimming, with concerns over discharges and access to riverbank. I thought the Council had ruled to stop and review all mooring here?
